Will Secure Storage in E14 Keep My Belongings Safe?

Having your belongings out of your sight can be a stressful experience, especially if you’re new to utilising storage units. People use storage for a variety of reasons, however, no matter what your need for storage is, you will want to be sure that your belongings are protected. One frequently asked question is ‘will secure storage in E14 keep my belongings safe?’. The answer you’ll get from the team at Store That is a resounding yes! We can keep your belongings secure in many ways and in this blog, we’re going to take you through the precautions we take, and those you can take, to ensure your items stay safe.

CCTV

Most companies that offer storage options will have CCTV in their facilities. This can be the most efficient way to keep track of anyone entering and exiting the building. For customers who are storing their belongings, CCTV acts as a reassurance that if something ever did happen to their items, they would be able to see exactly what occurred. CCTV also acts as a deterrent to anyone who may think to access a unit that isn’t theirs or break in. Store That’s secure storage in E14 has a 24 hour CCTV system installed to give you confidence when storing with us.

Security

Sometimes, CCTV isn’t enough and here at Store That, we believe that adding extra layers of security protects our customers belongings effectively. This is why we have an in house security team keeping an eye on our secure storage for 24 hours of the day. Not only do our team monitor our CCTV cameras, but they also patrol the building, investigate any suspicious activity, and can act accordingly if they suspect security has been breached. Your belongings have never been in safer hands!

Locks and Secondary Access

Due to our high security, some customers may be concerned that this will effect secondary access; (allowing a secondary party to access your storage container) however, we have measures in place for this. If you wish to allow someone else access to your unit, you can set up as many or as few people as you require, as long as they are named on your account. Once you have added them by name, they will be able to gain access to your unit in the same way you can. You must, however, ensure you give them the access code and the combination number to the padlock on your unit. Padlocks can be brought in our shop, and we would always recommend these for ultimate peace of mind, even if you don’t require secondary access.
