Book your Unit today!
This is the second stage to our quote procedure for booking a unit. You’ll need to upload a copy of 1x proof of address (utility bill/bank statement no more than 3 months old) and 1x proof of ID (driving license/passport), which can be a scan or a picture taken with your phone. For companies; both of the above, plus 1x proof of address for the company itself and a letter or email from a senior manager or director, authorising you to sign up on their behalf.
If you’ve been quoted for different areas of our storage, i.e. ground floor & first floor, please specify which area you’d like to sign up for using the “Message/Additional Notes” section.
Once you’ve completed the below form, including the Direct Debit mandate via GoCardless, a link will be sent to you via Signable (an online document signing web platform) to view & sign the documents. The payment will finalise your sign up and you’ll be all set to move into your new unit! Use the form below to fill out the details of whomever will be signing up with us.
You will need to upload 1x proof of address & 1x proof of ID using the “Add Your Files” box - without these, we will be unable to move forward with your booking.
You can cancel the contract within 14 days from signing up (cooling-off period). If you cancel during this period but after your move-in date, a refund will be provided based on the length of storage you have taken prior to cancelling.
What happens next?
Once we receive your information, we will issue a “License Agreement” via Signable, for you to sign with an e-signature.
Signable will then send you an email with a link to access the License Agreement - you’ll need to follow this link and complete the documents as guided.
Once you’ve completed your part, the documents will then be sent to us to sign and date and as soon as we’re done, Signable will send a final copy to both you and us.
You will then be emailed your first invoice together with a payment link for your first month’s payment, which must be received prior to your move-in date,
Once the Direct Debit mandate is signed, we will set up a plan to take payments on the same date each month (or the next working day if it falls on a weekend), going forward.
