This is the second stage of our quote procedure for booking a unit.

Before going further, please make sure you have the following ready to upload:

  • 1x proof of address (utility bill/bank statement no more than 3 months old)

  • 1x proof of ID (driving license/passport)

For companies, both of the above, plus

  • 1x proof of address for the company itself

  • A letter or email from a senior manager or director authorising you to sign up on their behalf.

 
 

What happens next?

  • Once we receive your information, we will create a “License Agreement” (Contract)

  • We will then send you an email with a link to access and sign the License Agreement

  • Once signed, we will both be emailed a copy for our records.

  • We will then send you a welcome email that includes all the important information, including your License Agreement, Summary of Insurance and your first month’s Invoice.

  • A payment link for your first month’s Invoice will also be in the welcome email, which must be paid prior to your move-in date.

  • From your second month onwards, we will set up a recurring payment for the same date each month (or the next working day if it falls on a weekend).

  • You can cancel the contract within 14 days from signing up (cooling-off period). If you cancel during this period but after your move-in date, a refund will be provided based on the length of storage you have taken prior to cancelling.
